On the "Time is Money" episode, we got to peek into a renovated hospital turned apartment building with coppolla architecture, soaring ceilings, and Annie Liebovitz's old digs, but it was the fantastically modern flat down in Little Italy that had me drooling. The 4,300 square foot pad in the old garment district has original hardware hanging from the ceiling, exposed brick walls, and an expired elevator shaft that juxtaposes all of the modern bits he has complimenting the space.
