What it is: AllThingsMine is a free personal gadget assistant that manages all the devices you own, including kitchen appliances and electronics. It also lets you connect with friends and family to share and discover new products and reviews through the people you trust.

Chores are broken down by days of the week and time of day, and the app sends you reminders to help you stay on top of your tasks. What it is: TaskRabbit [6] is a hassle-free way to get things done around the house with just a push of a button. You can pick a chore, and the app matches you with a freelance tasker who will take care of organizing, cleaning, or fixing your home when you don't have the time or energy to do it yourself. While the app is free, it does present a selection of prices depending on the task and the freelancer.
