Coming Soon: Amenity Home's Nursery Line

Coming Soon: Amenity Home's Nursery Line

These woodland creature designs are so adorable and serene, I kinda want them for my own bedroom. But they're actually part of the new nursery line created by Los Angeles-based design shop Amenity Home.

Though the products don't go on sale until October, you can already pre-order as well as admire them. Made from organic cotton and other sustainable fibers, the nursery line includes blankets, pillows, wall art, and other baby-room accessories. Everything is rendered in charmingly muted earth tones, which are a nice change from the usual pastels. What do you think?

This reminds me of my father's crib in the early 80"s in Seattle...all my friends had posters of fawns and bunnies hanging on the walls...

Gorgeous! I love that it's not all cutesy, but still good for a nursery. Love it!

I like the designs a lot but I'm not a fan of the color pallette. I'm much more into pastels and brights for children. These colors look straight out of the 70s.

I like these a lot more than the usual pastel colors, but I think I'd put them in my own room rather than a nursery.

I like the retro illustrations. Ironically, it's very contemporary. Better than a blah pink and blue nursery.

I like it. It's a good alternative to the usual pukey nursery colors.

I like it...the vintage color scheme might not be my favorite, but it is far superior to the mass-produced nursery lines that are so generic.

Very vintage, lol. When I first saw this it reminded me of a baby blanket I have from my days back in the crib- late 70's. I still have it so maybe I should just pass it on.....
