Crave Worthy: Takeshi Ishiguro Book of Lights

I love the winking attitude of this Book of Lights ($95), designed by Takeshi Ishiguro for Artecnica. In fact, it sort of reminds me of when Kramer on "Seinfeld" made the coffee table book that turned into a coffee table. In a similar transforming style, Ishiguro has designed a bound book that opens to reveal a pop-up low-voltage lamp. Just lay it on the table and use it to illuminate whatever real book you're reading.

The surprisingly well-priced Book of Lights isn't available for purchase just yet, but you can place an advance order online at Unica Home.
