When You See Eva Longoria's New Mansion, You'll Understand Why She's Saying Adios to This Villa

Eva Longoria just listed her romantic, Mediterranean-style abode in Los Angeles for $1,395,000 — a slight increase from the $1,150,000 she paid for it. Pictures of the 2,011-square-foot property confirm that the actress and former Desperate Housewives star has some pretty great taste.

The house features three bedrooms, a shaded balcony with spectacular views, and a cozy dining room with a beautiful bay window. According to Variety, Eva purchased the home in 2005 while she was still married to San Antonio Spurs player Tony Parker, and thus was also living in their San Antonio, TX, residence at the time.

This sale could signify the start of a fresh chapter with her husband José Antonio Bastón, whom she married earlier this year. It can be assumed that the newlyweds will reside in the sprawling estate she purchased from Tom Cruise in October 2015.

Look ahead for pictures of the charming abode.
