How-To: Making the Best of Groupies

It's tempting to dress up your home with meaningful little knickknacks, but there's a good way to do it and there's a better way to do it. Designer Thom Filicia already tipped us off to organizing our books to make them décor happy. Here's another lil nugget for your lovely little vignettes. Organize your collectibles in groups of three at varying heights. Play with the small, medium, and large items until it looks like a perfect set. Place a stack of horizontal books next to them if you have the space. Go 'head and try it. You'll be amazed at the difference it makes!
