How to Book Your Stay at Chip and Joanna's Magnolia House B&B

Ever since Chip and Joanna Gaines introduced Magnolia House, the historic home they transformed into a charming bed and breakfast vacation rental, on the Fixer Upper Christmas special, fans have been champing at the bit to book their stay. The property, located just outside Waco, TX, in McGregor, opened for guests in Spring 2016 and was immediately booked through the end of the year. But there's good news if you're looking to stay there: reservations for next year (January through June 2018) open tomorrow at 11 a.m. CT.

During your stay, you can expect to be completely immersed in Chip and Joanna's stylish lifestyle; in fact, you might mistake the home for Chip and Joanna's own farmhouse! "The design inspiration for this house was taken from my own home, I wanted it to feel like our farmhouse so when guests stay here they feel especially welcome," Joanna wrote on her blog. You'll also get to experience Joanna's furniture line as the majority of the pieces in the home come from her collection. If you can tear yourself away from your stunning accommodations, you can explore the charming downtown McGregor area and, of course, head to the Silos to shop at Magnolia Market.

The house sleeps up to eight people, and there's a two-night minimum stay. If the history is a predictor of the past, we recommend you log on bright and early to make your reservation.
