I just stumbled across images from the Chanel Spring/Summer Haute Couture show at Paris Fashion Week, which was utterly dreamlike, like a giant pop-up book of bursting, white, paper blooms. An arrangement of 7,000 paper roses, daises, petals, and leaves wound their way around the Pavillon Cambon Capucines, which took a total of 4,800 hours to assemble. While I'd simply die and go to heaven to live in a space like this, it's too time-consuming a project for me. Seeing as Karl and I are on the outs right now, I don't think he'll make it happen for me, either. So, I decided to see if I could track down some smaller doses of dimensional blooms for my home.
