Does anyone know if the renting vs. buying price ratio is normal here? $5,000 per month for a $1.3 million home seems like a TON to me, but then again, I don't know much about the LA real estate scene. To compare, where I live, a $1 million home would rent for about $2000 per month. Just curious.
