After listing the property for $1.55 million last year, Kesha's stunning Nashville residence is finally about to be sold for $1.45 million. This sale is some welcome good news after a very difficult year for the pop star, who was in an emotional legal battle with her former producer, Dr. Luke.

Kesha purchased the 4,800-square-foot retreat back in October 2014 for $1.4 million. According to the Sotheby's listing, the four-and-a-half bedroom home features Brazilian cherry hardwood floors, various floor-to-ceiling windows, and an impressive outdoor space complete with a pool, jacuzzi, and firepit — making its new owner unfathomably lucky.
