I feel like these stools make too much of a statement to blend easily into a residential interior, but I certainly can see them in a café or restaurant interior, which is what they were originally designed for. Putting aside their eco-consciousness, do you like the look of these pieces?

Yea, these are totally ugly. People can upcycle things that look good, and these are disappointing.

i could break the cushion and seat off one of my chairs and go chop down a tree and make the same thing... but i wouldnt because its ugly.

It's possible to make recycled furniture from different pieces, have it make a statement...and have it be esthetically pleasing at the same time. These just look like quickie amateur pieces.
