Love It or Hate It? Marcel Wanders Swing

The Marcel Wanders Swing ($512), a traditional tree swing wrapped with vines and manufactured by Droog, brings Peter Pan whimsy to your backyard. Would you call it your own, or would you prefer something a bit more traditional and rustic?

too expensive. it brings out the romantic in me, reminds of something from a trashy romance novel :)

I love it but I wouldn't pay $500 for it! It's just a swing with ivy wrapped around it!

I gotta say, if I was super rich I'd definatly buy this...I think it's very cool and unique, but since I'm not maybe I'll trying making it!

I think this is just very silly! anyone can go to the craft store and get some fake ivy, and wrap it around anything they want. and if you're going to put it outside, odds are it would get ruined anyway.

If you live in a Victorian type house with an english rose garden and white wicker furniture everywhere I think it would look lovely hanging from a big old tree or on the front porch.

I'd like it at my wedding but yeah, 500 dollars (especially when on a budget for a wedding) should be spent somewhere else.

I don't love it...I don't hate it. I prefer a good old fashioned tire swing!

This would be great at a wedding, a great place for photos. Definitely a DIY not spending this much money on it.

I really like it but I don't think I'd want to own it (and not just b/c of the hefty price tag).

Not for $500+. If you like the look, that's an easy DIY.
