Love It or Hate It? Motherlamp

Talk about making size matter! The ginormous Motherlamp ($2,800) is available in natural wood veneer and polycarbonate and will just about dwarf everything in whatever room it's suspended. This may be a great choice for well-feathered loft dwellers who need to do something with all of that space.

I think it would be great in a large hospitality space, such as a hotel lobby.

I hate it. I don't like the wood look and I don't like the lackluster shape.

it's hard to figure out what to do with such high ceilings sometimes like the ones we have..when you're dealing with 15-20ft ceilings that's a great option...also, it looks lightweight. some of the solutions i've seen scare me because while they might be large enough, they're too heavy!!!

I like it a lot, but it would be hard to find a good space for it. It would've looked rad in my old loft apartment, though.

I actually like it. Could never see it in my house though, but maybe in a restaurant.

It would only look good in a really big room. A really big room styled like the 70's.

First of all it's too big, then it's made of wood , then it looks retro---a style that I hate--so in short, this lamp is ugly
