Love It or Hate It? SURevolution Suri Pillow

I was ready to dismiss these SURevolution Suri Pillows ($485) based on my feelings about fur. But then I read that the pillows — unlike, say, this mink chair — are actually cruelty-free and made from Peruvian alpaca fur. Suddenly, they started to look pretty cozy. What do you guys think?

knowing that it's cruelty free would be the only way you could get me to buy that ... and even then, i'm not soo sure...

I have one similar to the brown one in faux fur. I really love the white one too.

I like, but at the same time... hmmm... so really I'm too undecided to make a decision.

lol it but not for that price I will make them myself and it cost ALOT less but the idea of them I love when mixed with other types of pillows

You could make these pillows for next to nothing....definitely would NEVER pay that much for a pillow....unless, it was stuffed with money of course!!! Furry is cute...would put them on my leather sectional for the cold weather months.

I'm with piraterie, they'd be cool if you live in a ski cabin in Aspen, they're a little odd anywhere else. And the thought of those things is making me scratch here where it's about 130 degrees today. :/

They look very soft, but I can't imagine having them in my home. I'm not much for furry decor.

they don't kill the alpacas for the fur! they live on farms and they trim the fur off, and when it grows back they trim off more

I like it but it's too expensive for pillows.

I've heard about alpaca fur before, and it is a great alternative! I am digging these pillows!

My little girl is suddenly very into textures - she'd enjoy this.

I'm sure can feel the pain when it's killed, so I don't see how this could possibly be cruelty free!

I have a dog and cat-thats enough fur in the house for me!
I have a faux fur throw blanket - I love the way it looks but hate the way it sheds!
