Love It or Hate It? West Elm Sheepskin Pouf

You know how I love poufs. They're cozy and work as seating, foot rests, and even side tables. I also can handle sheepskin in small measure such as a throw or petite accent rug. But, I'm not sure about this Sheepskin Pouf ($349) concoction. What do you say? Yea or nay?

I would have to know if it is real or not... even if it isn't its strange looking. There are better ways to add texture to a room.

Love sheepskin throws, they make rooms look so cozy during winter. But not too crazy about a block o' sheep on the floor.

Eh. To me, it looks a bit like something that got left in the freezer a few months too long and emerged unrecognizable & covered in freezer burn. Not my favorite.

I'm prone to allergies, so I hate it. I can't imagine the amount of dust and allergens that pouf would hold onto. This is the reason I can't live with carpet (which I think should be outlawed :)).

I love anything West Elm. Most of my furniture is from West Elm. Only thing is that most of their poufs and floor pillows are over $300. I understand that its sheepskin but the knitted pouf are expensive.
