I spotted this living room in the new issue of Australian online magazine Adore, and I'm completely smitten. It belongs to interior designer Lucy Fenton, who also owns a fab furnishings and apparel store in Victoria called Fenton & Fenton, so it's no surprise that it's chic beyond my wildest dreams. I do love the mix of industrial pieces like the galvanized steel French Tolix chairs with the salvaged wood dining table and the perforated black stool from Africa beside the expansive antique file cabinet. But what I'm drawn to more is how the colors and patterns of the brilliant artwork on the walls (by Kate Dorrough and Miranda Skoczek) are mimicked by similar colors and movement in the throw pillows in the interior of the room. The rest of the décor is pretty neutral with wood tones, gray, and black, but the vibrancy of these accessories gives the room continuity.
I rounded up a few furnishings to help you get the look. Check them out below!
