Lea Michele's Gorgeous LA Home Nails Effortlessly-Chic Design

Lea Michele's West LA home is the perfect retreat for a busy actress (and pretty much anyone who loves chic and serene design). The Scream Queens star purchased the secluded four-bedroom home located in a canyon of West Hollywood last year after feeling suffocated in Hollywood.

The actress recently welcomed InStyle in for a house tour and told the magazine, "I needed a home that would allow me to recover and breathe and recharge. I fell in love with this place the minute I saw it, just being so far from people, and really being in nature and in the mountains. It's spacious, and you see so much green. This house is healing."

Skylights and floor-to-ceiling sliders allow light to flow freely through Lea's open floor plan living spaces. The kitchen, dining room, and living room flow easily together thanks to their neutral color scheme, while the plush furnishings keep the spaces feeling intimate and cozy despite their lack of walls.

Lea designed the guest room with her parents, frequent visitors, in mind. Layers of cool tones and textures keep the guest room feeling clean and calm.

Lea's dining room styles elegant decor with a breezy California vibe. And while she's a bona fide star, the actress isn't above shopping at home retail chains, including Anthropologie and Restoration Hardware, where she purchased the murals and table respectively.
