Have You Spraypainted Furniture?

Transforming furniture with paint is a popular topic, and one that we feature a lot here on Casa. I've spraypainted a few pieces myself, but I haven't been in love with the results — I yield much better results when I use a can of paint and a brush.

However, maybe it's been a question of finding the right furniture to work on: this peacock chair, which was featured on Small Acorns, has gone from '70s relic to modern masterpiece with an inspired can of turquoise spraypaint. Perhaps it's time for me to take on a new project . . .

I'm definitely not an expert, but I have done it a few times. I prefer a brush.

No, but I once spray painted a straw hat and it took forever, coated me in a nice shade of grey and didn't smell all that healthy for me or the environment. I think I'll stick with paint and brushes.
