I agree with isahrangme that the answer to question one should be fact. Twenty years is a ridiculously short period of time.

I think the correct answer to Q1 is still FACT. Just because we have 20 years doesn't mean we're NOT running out of landfill space. I went to visit a trash/recycling plant once, and the owner definitely said that the landfill space is a problem.
