Areaware at ShopStyle

Today is National Read Across America Day, a project of Read Across America. The event is held in honor of the birthday of Dr. Seuss, who's encouraged generations of children to love the written word at an early age. Across the country, thousands of schools, libraries, and community centers are holding reading events. I hope that you're inspired to pick up a book today as well! To get you in the mood, I've rounded up some book-inspired decor for your home.

Great finds! I need the tub caddy & the bookshelf shaped like a book. :-) It seems to me like the stool thing would cause you to trip with those extra loose strap ends flying around.

I really like the idea of the stool, but it looks kind of ugly.
