Chances Are This Office Looks Like Your Dream Home

Jul 12 2014 - 4:03am

Imagine spending the day in a spot filled with French antiques, leather furnishings, and pops of color. Sounds like the dream and your dream house, right? Actually, it's the offices of San Francisco's Grow Marketing [1], a creative marketing firm founded in 2001 by Cassie Hughes and Gabrey Means (former business competitors!). The two sought to create a work environment that reflected their stylish clients like Google, Sephora, and Gap, to name a few.

Located in Jackson Square, the recently renovated building has been transformed into a feminine, Parisian-inspired workspace that would make any working girl jealous. Keeping with the historical architecture and raw finishes, designer Josef Medellin [2] worked with the duo to make sure every aspect of the renovation embraced the creative culture of the company. Between the kitchen that feels more like a cafe and meeting rooms with a parlor-like vibe, this isn't your average, cubical-adorned office but rather a spot that embraces the eclectic aesthetic of clients and employees alike. Not going to lie, we're obsessed.

The front reception greets guests with a formal sitting area and antiques. Aside it, a glass conference room has a long harvest table and white leather chairs.

Keeping with the historical architecture, the building's brick walls were left exposed, while adorned moldings act as a divider for the meeting space. Unlike any conference room we've ever seen, the space is complete with leather chairs, a crystal chandelier, and a stylish rug.

A look at the upper-level executive offices. Black and white fabric act as dividers, while French antique desks and chairs offer a multifarious feel that keeps the staff inspired.

For a communal feel, the lower-level workspace is sectioned into groups of four desks, each with various pops of color.

A nod to San Francisco, the stairs are a burnt orange metal with cables for sides (similar to the Golden Gate Bridge). The steps are made of heavy wood timber and have a gorgeous cutout pattern that lets light through.

To ensure creative ideas are constantly flowing, the lounge is filled with fashionable details like mixed prints, gold accents, and fun coffee table reads.
