Country singing sensation Taylor Swift is no stranger to real estate — in fact, she's already bought three properties in the past few years. Now, the brick home that she may have bought for her parents is back on the market for $1.45 million. Given the current state of the real estate market, the minimalist real estate listing for the property, which features one exterior outdated photo, isn't probably the best strategy for generating interest. And while the fact that, as the real estate listing notes, the property is "priced to sell immediately well below actual cost" may be enticing, it also sounds a bit desperate. As does the listing's inclusion on Craigslist.
However, another property from French Christianson Patterson & Associates, the same Nashville realtor representing Swift's property, did catch my eye. This property, just like Swift's, has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, and is around 4,900 square feet in size. But it's staged much differently, and offers some visual lessons in how Swift might show off her property's best assets. Let's take a look!
