Even though temperatures are cooling down in some parts of the country, other regions are still enveloped in hot, muggy weather this August weekend. Are you one of those poor souls suffering through the final few weeks of Summer without air conditioning? In a pinch, you can create your own air conditioning by placing a bowl of ice in front of your fan. The air will cool as it blows over the bowl, cooling you off in return. It's not a perfect solution, but it will work on the hottest and most humid of afternoons.
