I just shop! I frequent stores and pick out items that speak to me, buy them, bring them home and see if they work. I also decorate around artwork purchased on travels to other countries. Most of my artwork is from Thailand and I go off of that.

www.designsponge.blogspot.com THE best home design website out there hands down. UMMM, NO IT'S NOT THE BEST, ITS ANNOYING AND HER IDEAS ARE A BIT TOO SLOPPY. LOOKS LIKE SHE HAS A CULT GOING ON, SCARY!

model homes and Ikea-like stores. We have the same shelving/cabinet like that in the picture, only we have it in birchwood. I love shopping at Ikea

it's a combination of books, magazines/catalogs, & tv shows that inspires me, but most of those ideas are for that future dream home. my current place is the first i've had all to myself, so it started first with a color scheme inspired by a pottery barn teen catalog. other than that, it was many hours with ikea catalogs & stores looking for functional pieces to make the best use of a small studio space. plus, a some dumb luck stumbling across some accent pieces in the perfect colors.

Ideas just pop into my head. I don't need any inspiration just some money to actually purchase the things I see and like.

All. I love to be inspired! I can even be inspired by things I DON'T like, b/c it helps me define my tastes.

Me!!! I like getting crazy ideas and putting them into play. I guess I get inspirational colors and shapes though from decorating shows and museums.

this is going to sound crazy, but in dreams! usually i'll see a piece out shopping and then dream up a whole room around it but sometimes my inspirations come from no where at all. i really would love to be an interior designer

Honestly? Everywhere. I'll see an idea in a magazine, in a friend's house, at Ikea, in a catalog, or just get inspired by a craft book or a color I like. Just depends!
