Would You Stand on This Floor?

It might not be in every home, but a transparent glass floor is a novelty feature in some high rises. If you visit the The Calgary Tower, you can stand 525 feet above the ground and look straight down to the street below, thanks to the transparent glass floor. Would you do it?

Yes. Only because it scares the living daylights out of me. That's why I would have to do it!

Hey Casa.. would you stand on it?

Absolutely Hell NO, I don't care how thick the glass is!! It'd be my luck, the glass would come loose or crack! Nope...nope...no way! You folks can take my turn!

I'll try it, but I'll probably collapse from anxiety haha.

i live in calgary, and have braved my fear of heights and stood on this glass floor. It is TERRIFYING especially when the little kids beside you start jumping up and down.

I hate heights, but I love thrills so I would try this, once.

I'm getting lightheaded just looking at the picture. If I absolutely had to cross that hall, I would be taking it at a run and staring at the door and not down.

Fk No. I could get a 'Thrill' some other way.

Maybe it would be okay if I didn't look down...but I think that would defeat the purpose.

I've done it at the CN Tower here in Toronto. I am tempted to go up again now that the elevator has a glass floor too. Heights don't bother me!

I did this at the CN tower as well. It was very scary. My husband is normally the one scared of heights and he was jumping on it- freaked me out.

Like Shopaholichunny I went to the CN tower in Toronto and they have a similar thing, it was a rush though I couldn't stay too long without feeling like the floor would collapse!

HELL NO! I'd be so scared of it cracking. Even standing on the tallest building in Melbourne (which by some standards is puny) had me scared crapless!
