Hollywood heartthrob Zac Efron has officially parted ways with his little piece of LA history. Just sold for $2.775 million (originally listed for $2.849 million), the party boy's Rodney Walker home can finally move on to a new owner. No, Rodney Walker is not a High School Musical teacher, but rather one of the designers for the Los Angeles Case Study House program, a project geared toward building inexpensive model homes from 1945 to 1966. Although the home wasn't built until after the program ended and was bought by Efron in 2008, it embodies the famed midcentury California architecture. At 2,424 square feet, this two-bedroom house boasts everything from heated concrete floors to an infinity pool. With its unique story, ideal Hollywood location, and renovated interiors, the only thing we're left to question is Efron's reason for selling it.
