Nick Cannon Is Stunned to Learn That Mariah Sold Their $9M Mansion!

A little over a year after listing their home on the market (and a couple months after filing divorce papers), Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon's Bel Air, Los Angeles, estate has sold for $9 million — substantially less than the nearly $13 million they originally listed it for.

What's even more surprising than the massive price drop? Nick said he had no idea the sale was happening! He has reportedly filed suit claiming he never authorized the sale of the house he and Mariah purchased together in 2009 for $6.795 million. He believes their business manager, Michael Kane, kept him out of the loop on the deal, and he now wants the funds from the sale frozen until it is determined how they will be divided.

The rambling seven-bedroom, nine-bath mansion is outfitted with all the eccentric bells and whistles befitting of the multiplatinum chanteuse and her entertainer/producer husband, including a Moroccan lounge, lavish nursery, basketball court, and grand Aspen ski lodge-themed room. Mariah and Nick aren't the home's first celebrity inhabitants; it was once owned by Farrah Fawcett. The new owners, said to be an East Coast doctor and his wife, certainly have a rich legacy to live up to! Get a look at all the decadent, diva-worthy details in the following pictures!
