Leonardo DiCaprio is no stranger to real estate. He's dabbled in the industry, buying, renting out, and selling impressive properties. But his longest-term real estate relationship is poised to be his biggest win yet. The Oscar-winning actor just listed a Malibu beach house he purchased in 1998 for $1.6 million for a whopping $10.95 million. That's more almost seven times what he purchased the property for!

The three-bedroom, two-bath home is located on prestigious Carbon Beach and has undergone a stylish renovation by Pierce and Ward between last year — when Leo rented it out for $23,000 to $50,000 per month — and today. The updated 1,765-square-foot cottage sits behind a gated entryway and welcomes guests into a gracious courtyard that leads to the unbeatable oceanfront location, complete with spectacular view.

While there's no pool, a hot tub sits on one of two wooden decks perched over the Pacific. Beachy light wood runs throughout the white-washed, open-concept interior, and a modernized kitchen features stylish gray tile and cabinetry. Check out the coveted Malibu property in the slideshow ahead.
