Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhaal headed out to watch the Lakers play in LA last night. The home team had a celebrity front row as usual to beat the Portland Trailblazers. Long-time bball player Jake looks like he pointed a few things out to Reese during the game. Over the holidays the couple spent time with another famous duo, Robert Downey Jr. and his wife Susan, but this date night was only about these two. Most of the time Jake and Reese are the ones getting a workout and maybe Jake can join his girl for her recent favorite exercise technique in the new year.

David Beckham continued to train in Dubai over the weekend, but took a break on Saturday to bring Victoria to an AC Milan dinner. Posh wore a different spin on the LBD as the couple mingled with the team and their families. Becks' hard work has paid off, and according to the coach, he is expected to hit the field for their game tomorrow. Victoria and the boys are staying in LA while Becks is in Milan so as not to disrupt their education, but we bet we'll see a lot of trips back and forth as the family starts on this year's set of memories.
