Hugh Jackman flashed a big smile out with his kids, Ava and Oscar, yesterday in NYC. The Sexiest Man Alive had a great 2008 and he is gearing up for some busy times ahead. Hugh is getting ready to host the Oscars and promote X-Men Origins: Wolverine and he's even been invited to be on Dancing with the Stars. All that, but this busy dad still finds time to take his kids to the park and help tote all their toys.

Neil Patrick Harris handled his laptop with care as he made his way through security at LAX on Sunday. He was headed to New York, where he'll be rehearsing all week for his very first time hosting Saturday Night Live. While we may have to wait for new episodes of How I Met Your Mother, we already have a great feeling about NPH bringing big laughs as he helps SNL kick off 2009 after a long hiatus.

Ryan Gosling continued to liven up the LA music scene as a guest DJ at Bardot in LA again last night. Wonder if he took a chance to spin any of his own new music from his band, Dead Man's Bones, which seems to be a crowd pleaser considering your positive reaction toward the first music video. Ryan and his bandmate Zach Shields have been actively promoting their music on MySpace, including a free MP3 of the single, though the boys got a bit huffy when Ryan was included on the celebrity pages part of the social network site, since he isn't looking to use his acting to sell the band. However fans find it, Ryan and Zach's music is a little more interesting than the usual celebrity pop music, so it won't be long until they pick up fans who love more than just The Notebook — not that there's anything wrong with that.

Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves proudly sported their University of Texas gear at the Fiesta Bowl in Arizona last night. It was a close game and MM got animated on the sidelines throughout the nail biter, keeping his drink in hand, before the Longhorns defeated the Buckeyes with a last-minute touchdown. Matthew and Camila hugged the coach at the end of the game and celebrated with the crowd. It looks like Levi didn't join them in the noisy stadium, but his super fan dad is already committed to grooming the future Longhorn.
