How Well Do You Remember This Season of Ugly Betty?Ugly Betty's ratings have been down this season, but I've really enjoyed watching (and recapping) the show this year. The Gio-Betty-Henry triangle finally ended, and I've liked watching Betty get back to focusing on her career and navigating the city on her own. The show's move from LA to New York has also lent it some added authenticity and pizzazz. I know lots of you out there watched along with me, so let's see how closely you were paying attention!
Mark Wahlberg brought his daughter Ella and brother Donnie to see the Lakers beat the Celtics in LA on Thursday evening. As usual, lots of other celebs were there too — Adam Sandler and Kevin James watched things from their courtside seats alongside Samuel L. Jackson and Denzel Washington. Even though Mark spent this part of his Christmas away from the rest of his family, he and girlfriend Rhea Durham recently stocked up on gifts and they probably had a fun morning of unwrapping presents with all three kids before bringing Ella along for sports night.
Jennifer Lopez finished up her holiday shopping earlier this week, this time stopping by Victoria's Secret in LA. Maybe she was buying a little something to wear for Marc now that those rumors of trouble between them have been intensifying. Even if the holidays are bittersweet this year, Jennifer already has something to look forward to in 2009 — she'll be on hand as a presenter at the Golden Globes in January.

Early in 2008, rumors began to circulate that legendary actor Paul Newman's health was in decline. The stories persisted despite assurances that he was "doing nicely." As a friend let it slip that he was battling cancer, it began to appear that Paul was, in fact, seriously ill.
The chatter proved to be sadly accurate — Paul Newman passed away at his home in Westport, CT on September 27 after waging a private battle against cancer. As his family and friends remembered the actor and race car enthusiast, we took a look back at his storied life and career. The 10-time Academy Award nominee was famous for his many films, including Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, Cool Hand Luke and Road to Perdition. He was equally revered for his extensive philanthropy, which included the non-profit food empire he ran with his daughter Nell, Newman's Own, and his Hole in the Wall Gang Camp, a summer camp for seriously ill children.
Tributes continued to mount for the man who was unanimously loved in Hollywood for his kindness and charity, and Paul's memory is certain to live on.
Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr spent their Christmas Eve day together in LA.
