Jennifer Aniston and the Cox-Arquette family celebrated Christmas Eve with their annual dinner at Mastro's, but Jennifer's real present arrived at LAX on Friday morning. John Mayer flew into town with his two brothers and the group was soon off to dinner at Wolfgang's Steakhouse. While Jen may not have made John's top five of the year list, she didn't have to worry too much about Marley & Me coming out on top at the box office over the long holiday weekend. Not only did the movie come in at number one, but it broke the record for a Christmas day release. It sounds like most of you were excited to see it in theaters and we were right there with you — Jen was fabulous and the whole movie so heartbreaking and adorable. After such a great end to 2008, Jen will have only bigger and better things to cheers on New Year's Eve before she kisses John at the stroke of midnight.
Daniel Craig and his girlfriend Satsuki Mitchell joined friends over the weekend for a relaxing trip to St. Barths. Their group fueled up for hikes and swims with a few bags of potato chips, though Daniel and Satsuki were also able to fit in some alone time for seaside PDAs when they weren't playing with a pal's baby. We love to see Daniel all dressed up in a tuxedo at his many Bond premieres, but it's also a nice sight to see one of our favorite British guys dressed down to chill at the beach shirtless.

This holiday weekend remained mostly business for Katie Holmes who kept busy with her Broadway duties. It looks like Salma tried to go incognito in her all-black outfit, but there was no mistaking Valentina taking baby steps in her precious dress as they waited for their car. Salma used their downtime to sneak a cigarette — a bad habit the sexy mom can certainly afford to lose.
