Brooke, Elizabeth, Terrence and Rainn woke up early this morning to announce the Golden Globe nominations — check out the full list of nominees here! Benjamin Button scored big with five nods including Best Actor for Brad Pitt! Angelina Jolie will be joining him with her own Best Actress nod for Changeling — congrats! Doubt and Frost/Nixon were also big winners with five nominations each and noticeably absent from the awards was Milk, with only one nomination for Sean Penn as Best Actor. Kate Winslet's movies came out on top as well with Revolutionary Road and The Reader each getting four nominations, including Leonardo DiCaprio for Best Actor, Kate for Best Actress (in Revolutionary Road), her husband Sam for Best Director and Best Drama for both of the movies. Kate also got Best Supporting Actress for The Reader. Heath Ledger got a Best Supporting Actor nod posthumously, although Dark Knight didn't score anything else, and will be going up against Tom Cruise who received a nomination for Tropic Thunder.

For TV, we're excited that Alec and Tina scored Best Actor and Best Actress, respectively, for 30 Rock as well as Best TV Comedy. Recount and In Treatment were each given five nods and one of our favorites, Californication scored a Best TV Series, Comedy and Best Actor for David Duchovny. Congratulations to all of the nominees!

Jennifer Aniston is pulling out all the tricks while promoting Marley & Me and not holding back has never looked so good. As one of the most fit celebs of '08, Aniston shows off her body as a wonderland as well as some pretty hilarious quotes about you know who in the January issue of GQ. Here's more:

On Mayer: "I am not having his baby. And I have not popped the question.... Honestly, did not know much about him before I met him. I'd heard ... you know, uh 'Your Body' – that song. But what I can say is that I had no idea what an extraordinary musician he is. And it's just great to sit and be witness to that. It's kind of like, Whoa!"
On Angelina's falling in love comment: "Well, you know, that was definitely a confirmation for me of something that wasn't quite confirmed at the time. But listen... You sit there and you... No. No daggers through the heart. I laugh. Am I surprised? Well, how do I say this?... Considering the source, nothing surprises me."
On Brad (obviously jokingly): "The funny thing is that people don't realize we all go away to the Hamptons on the weekends," she snipes. "No. But can you imagine? That'd be hysterical: I've got Zahara on my hip, and Knox...."
On Brad: “We don’t not talk. When there’s something to congratulate or celebrate, there’s always an exchange, but there’s no charge on it.”
Ahh, we could only imagine what a scene in the Hamptons would be like. As for the rest of the article, we can't wait to see what else Jennifer reveals to GQ! It looks like we have another fabulous cover story to add to what has become one of this year's biggest headlines.
Hugh Jackman and Nicole Kidman kept the worldwide promotional tour for Australia going with a stop off in Leicester Square last night. The film has had a lukewarm response at the box office but perhaps it can score overseas. As the twosome continue to travel the globe, Nicole talked about her baby Sunday and this time she shared some upcoming holiday plans, which include puppet gifts and "a lot of hugs and kisses and Christmas carols." Sounds like the perfect low-key family time after weeks of red carpet appearances.

After spending Thanksgiving with Deacon, Ava and Abbie, Ryan Phillippe was doing some traveling solo departing from LAX earlier this week. Ryan is rumored to be setting off to Australia to visit Abbie's home with her — since they're getting so serious these days it's no surprise that they're already splitting up family time over the holidays. We know he and Reese have the kids' schedules down to a science making sure Ava and Deacon know that their parents love them both most of all.

Jennifer Garner grabbed a drink before picking Violet up from school yesterday, while her little one stuck with her sippy cup. Once she was safely in the car, Violet switched to her pacifier, which means the now 3-year-old is still hanging on to her comfort objects for now. She'll have plenty of hand-me-downs to share with her future sibling, but we're sure the holidays will bring a few new toys for Violet to have all to herself.
