Victoria Beckham looked incredibly polished strutting around NYC today showing off another piece from her dress collection. All of her dresses can zip both up and down the whole dress for the lady who wants to either step in or slide out, plus it looks a little bit extra sexy from behind. She wasn't up to show off her new signature smirk but she's unmistakable even in Manhattan. There's already a waitlist for her new designs so while Victoria may admit to being a bit nervous about her upscale dress line debut — now it's time to celebrate by treating herself to something extra special.

There's been lots of love for James with all the critical acclaim surrounding Milk, and he recently opened up a little more about the experience of working with Sean Penn. He's also looking sexy on the cover of December's BlackBook, chatting with the magazine about going back to school — he's working on master's degrees at both NYU and Columbia — as well as his career and his past. Here's more:

- On the unexpected success of Pineapple Express: "I find it ironic that I did a lot of serious movies that I worked hard on, and now I’m getting the most response to the movie where I roll a cross joint. The m.o. on that set was to have fun."
- On his looks: "When I was in sixth or seventh grade I remember thinking that I wanted to be really buff, and work out a ton. That seemed really attractive to me. And now, I f*cking hate to work out. I hate spending time on anything physical like that. . . In the morning, I throw some kind of gunk in my hair."
- On being a bad boy in high school: "I had to stop hanging out with a certain group of people, because I got in so much trouble with them. For some reason, I was like a magnet for the police. I would get caught for the stupidest things. . . wandering around drunk, stuff like that. They weren’t the worst people in the world, it was just that I was really dumb when I was around them."

After partying in London together earlier this week, George Clooney and Matt Damon rounded up even more of their celebrity friends for a private charity party in London last night. The event was a fundraiser for Darfur, a cause that both George and Matt have raised tons of money for and been openly passionate about in the past. George's buddies Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber were in attendance, as well as Luciana Damon and Claudia Schiffer. Scarlett Johansson and Eva Mendes even made an appearance after the premiere of The Spirit. The stars never need an excuse to party with their colleagues, but it's always better when there's a good cause to go along with the celebration.

Mary-Kate Olsen and her boyfriend Nate Lowman have been seen getting kissy all over Miami the past few days. They have been enjoying the art shows and Wednesday night we spotted them enjoying each other's lips just like they were again last night at dinner. It's refreshing to see MK so happy and even if they are in a new city, the same cute PDA and plaid flannels are present. Time is running out to win a copy of the signed copy of Influence from MK and Ashley so click here to enter now.

Adorable Isla Fisher and Olive were spotted at LAX trying to go incognito behind an umbrella and some cool shades. Gotta love a baby in sunglasses. Little Olive is still one of our favorite celebrity babies, even if she has some cute competition from the new additions this year. She gets her looks from her mama, who recently spoke about her body and how she stays fit. She said:

"I have never been a big fan of working out and I've never been a sporty person - I was always more of a book worm. I know it sounds like a cliché, but I've been blessed with good genes. My mom is little, and I'm fortunate that I don't like eating junk food. I just don't like the taste of it."
Isla's a lucky lady to be able to skip the workouts and cuddle up with a book and we bet she loves reading some special stories to her daughter.
