Scarlett Johansson posed for a photo call for The Spirit in Madrid today — what do you think of her new hair color? As usual, her hot husband Ryan wasn't by her side, but she had the company of her gorgeous costars Eva Mendes and Paz Vega. There were plenty of smiles to go around even without the male counterparts of the cast, but maybe we'll see a bigger turnout for promotional events when we get closer to the Christmas release date of the comic book film.

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes joined Anne Hathaway backstage at the Tina Turner concert in NYC last night. Anne deserves a night of celebration now that Rachel Getting Married is leading the 2009 Independent Spirit Award nominations, including a best actress nod for her. Katie finally had a chance to relax on her night off from Broadway after a busy week with the Beckhams. We'll get to see more of Tom this Thursday when Barbara Walters interviews him for her Most Fascinating People of 2008, and he opens up about why he doesn't talk about his religion anymore after his Oprah couch-jumping experience. In the meantime, he seemed to be enjoying himself with his wife as he watched Tina perform for his second concert since October.

Seems like the holiday weekend was just what Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson needed to get over their rough patch, as the girls were looking particularly giggly last night on their way to catch a movie in LA. LL also took to her MySpace blog to put the rumors to rest, writing, "oy vey! rumors..just to clear this up.. because i have been getting a lot of emails asking me this one question. samantha ronson and lindsay lohan (me) are NOT breaking up :)" Besides getting that off her chest, Lindsay also went on rant about her problems with Facebook. Meanwhile, Samantha blogged as well, venting her frustrations about having a dead car battery. Just another busy week for the ladies and their computers, but at least we know they'll probably be grinning right on through their upcoming New Year's Eve party.

Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves didn't waste any time after arriving in Brazil last weekend. Little Levi showed his face as they checked into their ritzy Rio hotel, though he stayed home on Saturday night when his parents had a date night. Matthew and Camila finished their evening at a salsa school, and somebody even let Matthew near the bongos — though fortunately he kept his clothes on this time. While he got into the groove on the drums, Camila was dancing away with another guy. It must have all been in good fun as the fun lovin' couple were spotted at the airport on their way to Camila's hometown the next day.
