Despite their recent Italian vacation and kissy stop in NYC, trouble is apparently brewing between the duo, who are said to be taking a break because he is bothered by her partying and she's insecure about his continued contact with his wife. Sienna's keeping her mind off her love troubles with socializing and work — she looked happy grabbing a drink with a friend today, and she recently appeared in a strange Damien Hirst-directed music video for UK band The Hours. Sienna and Balthazar might not be able to go the distance together, but it doesn't seem like there would be too many broken-hearted fans if they didn't last.

After a long weekend of Halloween celebrating, Heidi Klum was back in LA shopping with Leni, Henry, and Johan on Sunday. There was no face paint or elaborate costumes this time around, though Heidi and Seal did win you over as the best costumes of the year. While playing hostess in her gory electric blue getup, Heidi also talked a little about how her three kids were dressing up. She said, "Leni is a bumblebee and the boys [Henry and Johan] are Spiderman. But they're always Spiderman, so I don't think for them there's a difference between Halloween or any other day. They always dress up." We do know how much the boys love dress-up — though it may be better the kids didn't see mom and dad in costume this year.

Will Smith put on his cheering hat to hit the stands for his son Trey's high school football game in Agoura Hills on Friday. Looks like he wasn't feeling festive enough to don a costume, but maybe he took his kids out trick-or-treating after the game. Lately Will has been putting in plenty of doting dad time before he starts promoting Seven Pounds, but we all know that tomorrow he'll take time out from being an actor and family man to hit the voting booth with the rest of us.
