Kate Beckinsale attended a screening of her new movie Nothing But The Truth and celebrated her Self cover in NYC last night. She looked simply stunning even solo and has every reason to radiate happiness with her career, family and friends. She recently talked to Elle UK about every aspect of her life these days. Here are highlights:

• On Victoria: "Victoria is lovely and very down-to-earth. She loves taking the piss out of herself, which is a good thing as far as I’m concerned. We laugh a lot together. . . Her line of dresses is fantastic and I’m really proud of her. I’d definitely wear one of them, provided I could fit my bum into it! . . .Victoria dresses amazingly, I don’t know how she does it. I haven’t had a stylist for the past six months. When I’ve got an event coming up, I’ll either go shopping myself or ask a designer if I can borrow something.’
• On her career: "Look, I’m sure it would be nice to be in the position where I could choose only those roles that were the most artistically fulfilling, but I don’t have that kind of career. I’m not complaining, though. I get to do good films, and I’ve not felt desperate enough yet to offer anyone a blow job for a part. I hope it stays that way."

Isla Fisher added some color to her all black ensemble with a punchy blue cardigan on a shopping trip to the Grove yesterday. She sipped away on an iced coffee before making her way to Fred Segal. Heidi Klum joined her fellow Victoria's Secret angels at a holiday event in Miami Beach yesterday to share gift picks and pose for photos. They look just as gorgeous in jeans and t-shirts, but the ladies will be back to showing off their lingerie to tape their annual fashion show in Miami on Saturday. We'll get to see which lucky ladies earned a spot on the runway when the show airs in a few weeks, though Heidi usually steals the show in her gorgeous over-the-top outfits.

Patrick Dempsey took his recycling out yesterday before track-suiting up for a trip to the gym. There's a lot going on in Grey's Anatomy tonight, including a few new doctors joining the cast following Dr. Hahn's departure. Even Dr. Shephard's ex-wife Addison will be returning to Seattle Grace in a few months. We'll still have to wait and see if Isaiah Washington will get a second chance, but in the meantime sounds like there's excitement coming our way from some of our favorite TV doctors — even if you wouldn't want them to treat you.

After a trip to California for shopping, parties, and a photo shoot, Kate Moss was back in London today attending a business meeting. The supermodel's LA work apparently gave us a peek at the Spring 2009 Just Cavalli campaign, a line she has been the face of before. There haven't been any rumors about Jamie and Kate since their blowout fight stateside, but with his tour back in England this weekend, maybe it'll be a good time for them to kiss and make up.
