Britney Spears left the hospital with precious Jayden James and Sean Preston late last night. Jayden's Sunday afternoon health scare that put him in the hospital must have been terrifying for Britney, but thankfully they figured out it was an allergic reaction and all is well with the toddler after a night of care. While the past day has been rough for Britney and her boys, hopefully she at least got a smile out of learning that she was nominated for a People's Choice Award for her role on How I Met Your Mother. For now the focus is on making sure her boys are safe and healthy, but maybe we'll get a red carpet appearance from Brit when the award show rolls around in January.

Glamour Magazine celebrated their 2008 Women of the Year in NYC last night bringing out the stars in black and white. The honorees included Tyra Banks, Nicole Kidman, Hillary Clinton and more. Nicole looked gorgeous in white with Keith on her arm but no little Keith-ette. Fergie performed on stage as did David Cook whose new video you are loving. While Natalie Portman and Kate Bosworth weren't the women of the night they both looked stunning on the black carpet out to celebrate some of the other ladies in the industry and around the world who made a difference this year.

Jessica Simpson headed to the gym in LA yesterday, ready to go with her bandana on her head and her water bottle in hand. She showed the love and support for Tony in her Dallas Cowboys sweatshirt, even though his team had the week off. His broken pinky might be ready to play next weekend, so we'll have to wait and see if his number one fan will be taking her extensive collection of Cowboys gear to Washington to cheer on her quarterback. Animal lover Katherine Heigl and her mom stopped by the Villalobos Rescue Center in LA on Sunday. She admirably brought photographers along to document the creatures' situations, but Katherine is mostly getting praised for her work these days. Both her film 27 Dresses and her recently controversial show Grey's Anatomy were just nominated for People's Choice Awards — Buzz has the whole list of this year's honorees. Her husband Josh won't let her adopt any more pets, but he'd probably be happy to clear space on their mantle for another one of Katherine's accolades.

Beyonce Knowles looked lovely standing outside of the Mandarin Oriental hotel in London yesterday. Her husband wasn't by her side, but the singer recently revealed she got lots of offers for her wedding photos with Jay-Z. When asked if she would sell them she said, "In the end, absolutely not. It's so not worth it." She also talked about how her relationship with Jay works so well because they both love maintaining their privacy, which is something the couple is known for. Beyonce may stay quiet on her personal life but meanwhile we enjoy seeing Sasha Fierce at her finest, even if you're not ready to see her with another alter ego as Wonder Woman.
