Jake may have come a long way since his days training with Matthew McConaughey and Lance Armstrong, but he still showed support for his friend's organization in a LiveStrong shirt. Lately Reese has been the one bouncing back and forth to London to visit Jake, so it's nice to see that he's glad to make the trek to be with his sweetheart too.
