John Mayer continued to maintain those bulging biceps with a trip to the trainer in LA yesterday. He might not have much to say these days now that he's being more private for Jen, but we'll get to hear from John and his guitar in a few weeks. He's set to perform as part of “The Grammy Nominations Concert Live!! — Countdown To Music’s Biggest Night” on December 3. John will be joining Celine Dion, Foo Fighters, Taylor Swift, and B.B. King for the one hour special, but we're most excited to see whether or not Jen will be there to cheer him on from the audience.
Gwyneth Paltrow arrived in NYC yesterday afternoon with her two kids, Apple and Moses. We rarely get to see both of the Martin kids together so it's cute to get a peek at how much they look like each other and their parents. Gwyneth has been imparting her wisdom all over the place recently from talking about life's simple pleasures to her weekly newsletter, which was back to the topic of food this week. Now that she's in New York, maybe we'll see her lending support to her friend or all the kids on a playdate to lighten up the mood surrounding all the Madonna controversy. Plus, Chris Martin's band, Coldplay, is on SNL this week, and while Moses and Apple visited for rehearsals they're still a bit too young to stay up that late to cheer on dad.
Christina Aguilera and her hot pink lips moved from London to Abu Dhabi for a press conference yesterday. She's there to perform a concert tonight as she continues to promote her new single and upcoming album. Little Max is getting quite the world tour, but we'll be sad if Christina and Jordan don't make it back to the states in time to show off another pair of awesomely scary Halloween costumes.

While Paris is busy searching for her British BFF, there have been rumors circulating that Benji cheated on her back in the states. Paris responded by saying: "Benji and I have an amazing relationship and I trust him with my life. I don't ever believe rumors regarding my love. I know he would never hurt me and he knows the same about me." Benji also set the record straight himself calling Paris the love of his life and more, but it doesn't sound like Paris was too worried.
