Jennifer Aniston had a laugh as she stepped out in LA today in her casual chic dress and smartwater in hand. Jen sticks to what she knows with both her style and choice of beverages, but clearly she knows what works for her. As we patiently wait for Jen's handful of films to come out and her 30 Rock guest spot, we'll keep enjoying the many underrated actresses who will hopefully someday find the same success Jennifer has.

It's been a big week career-wise for SJP and Matthew Broderick — SJP's Washingtonienne project got its leading ladies and Matthew is preparing his return to Broadway. Sounds like James Wilkie's parents have plenty to do between trips to school with their little man.

Eva Longoria sparkled on the red carpet at last night's Padres Contra El Cancer's 8th Annual "El Sueno De Esperanza" benefit gala in LA. With children and Eva there, naturally talk turned to babies. After responding "nope" when asked about plans to have kids soon, she said, "People always say 'I want a boy! I want a girl!' I just think, Oh my gosh, I just want a healthy child. . . That's truly a gift. If you're a healthy adult, to complain about anything in life that's so minute, you really have to be grateful for everything that you have and do something with it." Just another sound bite to add to her library of baby answers, which happens to be the same thing she said at the event last year — I'd feel bad for her if she didn't seem like she's eating up the attention.

Nick Cannon turned 28 today and Mariah got the fun started last night with a birthday party for him at Pure in Las Vegas. She slipped into a typically tiny black dress and put to rest any pregnancy rumors with her glass of wine as Nick played DJ and gave her plenty of shout outs. Their trip hasn't been all play though — the couple came to Vegas on Saturday to film Mariah's new music video for "I Stay in Love," which Nick directed. With Mariah now her own manager and putting her husband to work, it looks like these two are taking on more projects together other than just kissing for the cameras.
