John Mayer stepped out of his Krav Maga lesson in NYC yesterday, showing off those tattoos and bulging biceps he's worked so hard for. Despite the rumors that John found himself a blonde lady to celebrate the end of his tour with, apparently he's been staying away from women and relationships since his breakup with Jennifer Aniston. Now he just rolls with a group of guys he refers to as the "circle of trust," though we can't imagine playboy John staying away from the dating scene for too long.
Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel were in Ravello, Italy earlier today to see her former 7th Heaven co-star Beverley Mitchell tie the knot with Michael Cameron. Jessica and the rest of the bridesmaid crew ran around getting ready this morning before everyone, including their other onscreen sister Mackenzie Rosman, gathered for the actual ceremony. Most of you don't think Justin and Jessica are ready to get married themselves, but they look happy to have supporting roles in someone else's big day.
Shenae Grimes was all smiles while shopping with her friends in LA yesterday. On last night's episode the new 90210ers dealt with their usual teenage angst and relationship drama but we're more interested in the old school Dylan drama with Kelly and Brenda. Since Shannen Doherty hasn't signed on for more episodes and we'll probably have to wait a little while before Jennie Garth returns, do you think you'll keep watching the show when it's just the new cast?
Spike Lee's War Epic Starts a Battle With Italy When Spike Lee adapted the novel Miracle at St. Anna, he intended to celebrate the memory of African-American soldiers trapped in an Italian village during World War II. He also ended up offending a whole different set of veterans. Italian World War II anti-Fascist partisans have denounced Miracle at St. Anna as full of lies, and insulting to the Italian Resistance.
Whitney Port shopped with a friend at K-Star in Soho yesterday, wearing the bright red skirt from her Whitney Eve clothing line. Most of you would prefer to watch Whitney's officially confirmed spinoff of The Hills over an Audrina show but right now it's her clothes that are generating buzz since they're in stock at Kitson. We'll have to wait and see if she finds the same level of success her friend LC did entering the design world.
Love It or Hate It? The Drapers' Headboard Whenever there's a scene in Mad Men involving the Drapers' bedroom, my eyes are always drawn to their tufted velvet headboard. Its color, texture, and tufting are over-the-top feminine, and reflect nothing of Don's removed masculinity. But maybe that's the point of this headboard — to reflect how removed Don Draper is from his home and its contents and inhabitants.
Kate Moss was all smiles leaving the SingStar Take That Extravaganza in London. She took a casual approach to the night, opting for patent leather flats and mismatched blacks.
