A positive update after the tragic news about the plane crash DJ AM and Travis Barker were lucky enough to survive that sadly took four other lives. Travis and DJ AM have been treated for second and third degree burns at Joseph M. Still Burn Center in Augusta, Georgia and are expected to fully recover from the horrific event.
They released a joint statement expressing their deepest sympathy for the families of the deceased and request for privacy at this time. This morning the doctor from the hospital where they are being treated spoke to the press and announced, "Since both Barker and Goldstein are in overall good health and didn't suffer from any other crash-related complications, a full recovery is expected." He also added DJ AM was burned on his arms and part of his head while Barker was burned on his torso and lower body. We wish these two survivors a speedy recovery.
Drew Barrymore snuggled into some very comfy looking clothes walking around the West Village in NYC with a friend on Friday. She's recently been hanging out in Austin filming her directorial debut Whip It and generally laying low after her breakup with Justin Long. The other day we saw Rihanna catching a flight out of LA, and on Friday she resurfaced in Paris. The fashionista wasted no time hitting the stores to pick up on a few new goodies perhaps to wear front row during upcoming Paris Fashion Week. It feels like it's been forever since there was an awards show without Rih strutting her stuff down the red carpet, but hopefully our favorite TV stars will be able to take her place at the Emmys tonight.

Sarah Jessica Parker revealed that while nothing is confirmed yet, she'd most likely be meeting with writers in the near future. If another film isn't in the cards, it looks like Chris would be perfectly happy to focus on his little man instead of on Mr. Big.
