Victoria Beckham has been busy making headlines with her haircut, debuting her line and celebrating with MJ at New York Fashion Week, but when she returns to LA there's another project waiting — opening a restaurant! Last year we heard rumors that the Beckhams were considering teaming up with their pal Gordon Ramsay to open a new eatery, and the famous chef confirmed at the GQ Men of the Year Awards that he and Posh will be opening up a restaurant. The Beckham family should feel right at home with the menu of British comfort food like fish and chips. Sounds like Eva Longoria's Beso might have to make way for a new hotspot among this circle of celebrity BFFs.

Jessica Biel left the Toronto Film Festival and joined Justin Timberlake in NYC for dinner at his restaurant Southern Hospitality last night. Jessica missed his William Rast show and Fashion Rocks performance with Beyonce, but as a loyal girlfriend and frequent model of his jeans, it certainly doesn't mean he lacks support from his lady. If Justin's former bandmate Lance Bass gets his way, she may have another project to get behind. Lance says they are "itching" for an *NSYNC reunion if only they can get JT to stop touring. Sounds like it may be a few years off, but if it's working for NKOTB there's no reason JT, Lance, Joey, JC, and Chris couldn't do it too.

Lauren Conrad transitioned from front row fan at Nanette Lepore into her role as designer to present her Fall 2008 collection yesterday at Bloomingdale's in NYC. Lauren's always juggled multiple projects, and now a big one just landed on her plate — she's signed a three-book deal with HarperCollins to write a fictional series for young adults loosely based on her life. There seems to be nothing this Hills star can't conquer, and with a whole generation of loyal fans, it sounds like the perfect match for the rising talent — we just wonder where she'll find the time.

Nicole Richie's quick trip to Manhattan with Harlow and to check out New York Fashion Week was already over yesterday afternoon as she was back to traffic school in LA. Not quite as glamorous as front row watching the runway, but Nicole always manages to make her Starbucks and skinny jeans work. We're not the only ones noticing Nicole's traffic school diligence — yesterday the judge commended the starlet for her progress "in compliance" with her court order. A followup hearing is set for Feb. 20, 2009, and it looks like it should be easy for Nicole to stay out of trouble from now until then.
