Oh Henry! Minnie Had Her Baby! The English actress/songstress Minnie Driver now shares her name with son Henry Story Driver. People reports the new mommy met her son on Friday, September 5 in the City of Angels. The father is still unknown but according to mama, he plans on being an active part of the child's life.
Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz had dinner at Koi in LA on Friday, and then Ash spent some time shopping for makeup on Sunday before glamming up for the VMAs later that night. While Pete's friend Tyga said the couple was expecting twins earlier in the weekend, when we talked to him on the VMA red carpet he laughed it off saying, "Oh I did? I said that? I thought I said they were adopting an African kid. That's what I heard." Ash and Pete's rep also denied the rumor. Whether or not Tyga was joking about the twins it's still fun to see Ashlee take her large bump all around town and we're excited to meet the new Simpson-Wentz addition, however many there may be.

Jessica Simpson continued her country music tour on Saturday night with a performance at the famous Grand Ole Opry in Nashville. It was her first time on stage at the historic venue and Jess expressed her excitement before taking the stage, saying, "I can't believe I am here!" She had family, friends, and even the legendary singer Loretta Lynn there to lend some support on the big night, although some attendees thought that her short dress was inappropriate for the occasion. It was the perfect time for her to reach this milestone; Do You Know is out tomorrow, and she'll be out all week performing to promote the big country release.
