None of the recent rumors about a maybe Michel Phelps crush, possible flirting with boys, or running into all sorts of exes seem to be getting in the way of LL and SR's relationship. Last night John Mayer had dinner at Nobu and then drinks at La Esquina with his brother in NYC. Of all the restaurants in the big city to choose from, of course John picked the one Jen was photographed leaving just a few nights earlier. John's recent speech to the paparazzi caused controversy over whether he was doing the right thing, but regardless of who dumped who and why, the split still seems to be taking a toll on the notoriously media friendly singer who has a more reclusive attitude. Hopefully some quality time with friends and family will cheer him right up.

Blake Lively and Leighton Meester were spotted on the set of Gossip Girl in NYC yesterday, but it didn't look like an ordinary day of filming. Instead of the impeccably chic outfits we're used to seeing on our favorite upper east siders, the ladies were all decked out in costumes that would have been trendy in a very different time setting. Looks like catfights aren't the only surprises in store for season two — if only September 1st could get here faster.

Shia LaBeouf continued to throw himself back into work yesterday on the set of Transformers 2. Seems like he's even channeling his Indy self with the badass leather jacket. While the legal repercussions for Shia after his accident are yet to be determined, the other driver involved was cited this week and it seems a bit that the golden boy actor is going to get off scot-free. Hopefully, he has his act together after the scary incident and knowing how seriously he takes his work it's no surprise that he's already taking advantage of Michael Bay writing his injured hand into the movie.
