While John Mayer was busy talking about the breakup to anyone and everyone who would listen, Jennifer Aniston had a quiet weekend in LA including a visit to her hair salon where she left with wet hair and a script in hand. Whether or not she already has a hot new guy to keep her company, Jennifer was looking great solo. Even if there was nothing dramatic or scandalous about their split, there will of course be rumors like the latest that she got fed up always having to pay for everything and she was sick of his media-courting ways. If that's the case, I bet his antics this weekend giving out quotes to the press just cements in her mind why they're better off apart.

Britney Spears spent her Sunday making her way around LA in two different looks but with her same new favorite bag and necklace. Rumor has it that she stopped by the recording studio earlier in the day to work on that new album she was talking about last week, before letting her hair down for a party in Hollywood. It's starting to feel like the days of rounding up Britney's dramatic weekends are finally behind us, and we're with most of you in hoping that her good behavior will pay off at the VMAs this year.

After his girls spent the week having mommy and me time, Sacha looked so happy to take a relaxing vacation with his favorite ladies. Isla showed that you don't need a bikini to look hot on the surf, and her one piece proved useful when she started turning cartwheels on the beach to make her man and little one giggle. Lauren Conrad showed off more fabulous clothes this weekend when she was spotted around town with My Boys' Kyle Howard. Although Lauren denies the two are together, they were seen at the movies on Friday before going out to Teddy's, which sounds an awful lot like a date to us. We can't get enough of Lauren's amazing Summer outfits but we're really looking forward to the hot and fit cast returning to the small screen tonight for the season premiere of The Hills. Maybe Kyle will be making an appearance this season — even if it's just as a friend.

Last night in Pasadena stars came out to grace the red carpet and stage at the 2008 Alma Awards. Once again, Eva Longoria played host for the night and showed off a few costume changes like she did at last year's awards. Jessica Alba didn't have Cash with her to gaze lovingly like Eva and Tony, but she lit up the red carpet all the same continuing her smiley weekend. America Ferrera took home Entertainer of the Year while Shakira was named Humanitarian of the Year. Zac Efron and Ashley Tisdale were on hand to present a special achievement award to High School Musical 2 director Kenny Ortega.
