Jennifer and Ben may be gearing up for their hosting gig in Miami this weekend, but they still found plenty of time for real estate before packing their bags. The expecting couple looked so cute holding hands, even without little Violet's big smile. They're going to have a full plate getting moved into a new home before the arrival of Baby No. 2, but luckily both of these stars have plenty of experience juggling multiple projects.

Salma Hayek definitely passed those gorgeous genes right along to her daughter Valentina. The amazingly precious little girl was out shopping with her mama in Beverly Hills yesterday showing off her standing skills already. The newly single actress has the best thing possible to keep that smile on her face even without the assurances from friends that she's doing just fine after the breakup. Salma's already setting a great example for her mini me too, she's part of the large cast of stars participating in the Stand Up for Cancer telethon Sept 5.

John Mayer can't seem to tear himself away from that gorgeous California weather — or perhaps it's his gorgeous LA girlfriend — despite the fact that his tour is on its way back East. He played a show in Phoenix on Wednesday night but was showing off his guns in LA on Thursday after a workout. It wasn't all fitness and romance for John yesterday, he also stopped by city council to state his case for regulating (not eliminating) the paparazzi. He posted his testimonial on his blog speaking to his own experience and giving some suggestions on how to go about fixing the situation. John always seems to deal with the photographers well, especially now that he's more popular than ever with his high profile relationship with Jennifer Aniston.

It wasn't just the usual crew of Apatow boys at last night's LA premiere of Pineapple Express. Established and legendary Jim Carrey and Jenny McCarthy came out to support the younger crew of funny kids while fashion icon (and seriously loving it!) Kanye West also made his way to the screening. Of course, the stars of the movies themselves James Franco and Seth Rogen, meandered down the red carpet all cleaned up, handsome and fancy looking. This high (heh) comedy brings the laughs when it hits theaters next Wednesday.

Kate Moss and Lila Grace stopped off for an ice cream treat during a trip to Ibiza yesterday. From the looks of that tan Kate has been having plenty of fun in the sun during her Spanish vacation. It must be much easier to relax with her daughter now that things with Jamie Hince are all smoothed over, even though Pete Doherty is still talking about how much his split with the supermodel has affected him.

Lauren Conrad got all glammed up for yet another photo shoot, this time for Entertainment Weekly. The article discusses how The Hills became a major phenomenon, and gives us a sneak peek at what happens behind the scenes of the show. LC remains as real as ever, talking about more seasons and the controversy about whether or not the show is fake. Here are highlights:

- On the future of The Hills: "Every season, I think it's the last. Right now, I think this is the last season."
- On whether or not the cameras get to her (and the inspiration for the cover): "I go through phases when I've been filming where I wake up in the middle of the night and I think I'm being filmed. That's when I have to take a vacation."
- On accusations that the show is scripted: "I get that there are certain scenes where someone's like, 'Sooo, last night was weird....' And then there are people on the show who really don't help, because they are very fake. We know who we're talking about —like, you need to stop rehearsing your breakfast."
At this point, we've given up trying to figure out which parts of the show are real and which parts are planned — we'll keep right on watching until the last season airs for real. Check out more about LC and the gang in this week's EW on newsstands now.
