After showing off his surfing skills and Surfer, Dude preview, Matthew McConaughey was back to his weight-vest jogging in LA yesterday. We've been catching a lot of Matty since the birth of his son Levi earlier this month, and this morning we finally got to see the first baby photos with Matthew and Camila. So fun to see (and hear all the gory details about) the little guy and the new mama, but lucky for us that's not all we get considering the Christmas pics come with the deal too! Let me guess what Levi will be getting — baby's first surfboard and wet suit.

Lindsay Lohan left her burger girl uniform on the set of Ugly Betty and got a little more dolled up to go on the town in NYC with Samantha last night. The black and white fedora loving girls hit up the Beatrice Inn, holding hands as usual. The inseparable duo rarely spends moments apart these days between Sam's constant set visits and Lindsay as a fixture next to Sam's turntables, with a possible trip to Syracuse in the cards this weekend. Now, if only Lindsay could use her pull to get Sam to spin Ali Lohan's new record at her next gig.

James Van Der Beek posed with a puppet last night after catching a performance of the musical Avenue Q in NYC. We loved seeing James's passionate anniversary celebration with his wife Heather McComb a couple weeks ago, but she didn't make it out for last night's trip to the theater. Instead, James had his mother as an extra special date understudy. With his old Dawson's Creek co-star Joshua Jackson's TV comeback Fringe getting lots of hype, not to mention Katie Holmes's guest starring gig, hopefully Dawson can line up yet another return to TV this season too.

Amanda Peet looked pretty and smiled big with her tousled hair — love it or hate it? on her way into The Late Show yesterday. The actress, who recently apologized for her controversial vaccination comments, kept things light with Dave promoting her new movie The X-Files: I Want to Believe, which opens this Friday. Amanda joked with Dave about being nervous, how her baby Frances still doesn't talk much, and called herself a drama queen for fainting in the NYC heat. We also got a sneak peek at the top secret new film, check out the video after the jump.
