Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake had another date night last night, eating dinner at Katsuya restaurant in LA. Even if you all don't want to see him onstage at the Oscars, he'll still have his number one fan to entertain on a regular basis. These days Jess and JT are more smiley then ever, and last night they even matched and walked in sync. Wonder what's next for this happy couple.
Kate's Summer days of tennis court love with Lance Armstrong may be long over, but the split hasn't turned her off to the sport entirely. Yesterday she had a girls' day with her friends Jennifer Meyer and Sara Foster at the Countrywide Classic Tennis Tournament at UCLA. Looks like there were plenty of smiles to go around from funny girl Kate, and it's refreshing to see her bonding with girlfriends for a change.
Matthew McConaughey had his arms full of baby Levi on a walk around the neighborhood with Camila yesterday, and judging from that little dangling foot, the little guy has already learned the art of lounging from his dad. Camila was equipped with a skateboard, which is a natural next stop now that little Levi is an experienced surfer, right? If he's following his daddy, it's only a matter of time before baby's first steps are followed by a regular jogging routine — shirtless, of course.
With two new babies in the house getting lots of attention, it would be easy to believe that Maddox's seventh birthday might have gone by without a big celebration, but instead it looks like the eldest still got some special b-day fun yesterday. Mad and Brad hit the local go kart track for a day of racing with each other — so cute — and some man time away from all the other kids. We all ooh-ed and aah-ed over the first look at Knox and Vivienne, but it's still so adorable to see little Mad and his punk hair hanging out with Daddy. Happy 7th birthday, Maddox!

Amanda Peet celebrated her new Gotham Magazine cover last night at the Plaza Hotel in NYC, and we were lucky enough to attend the event! The actress walked in holding hands with her longtime BFF Sarah Paulson — they go all the way back to their Jack & Jill days — looking cute and animated. Check out how to get Amanda's look here. We got a chance to chat with both of the sweet and down-to-earth women, who drank lime margaritas and mingled with the crowd during the cocktail hour. Even though Sarah commented about how sad she is that her last show with Amanda, Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip, was canceled, the ladies are clearly having fun as friends until they get to be costars again.
I guess even Rachel Bilson can't be best dressed all the time. That being said, R-Bils still managed to pull off her purple dress and wild bag in LA yesterday afternoon. Never one to miss a trend, Rachel of course had on her gladiator sandals and ever-present Wayfarers to go with those famous tousled waves. Maybe next time she can show off one of the cute dresses from her Edie Rose For DKNY collection when she's on her way out around town.
