While Pete Wentz rocked at last night's VS Pinkapalooza concert in Santa Monica, one very special lady watched from the audience with a big grin. His expecting wife Ashlee Simpson kept off her feet instead of showing off her dance moves, but that didn't get in the way of her fun. After a busy few weeks including the trip to Tahoe, you can't blame Ashlee for taking it easy with baby on the way. Speaking of the new addition, while the original story was that the couple is expecting a boy, the latest according to Star Magazine is that it's a girl for the Wentz-Simpson family.

After everyone went black for the big NYC premiere of The Dark Knight earlier this week, Maggie Gyllenhaal kept the theme going on her way in to tape The Daily Show yesterday. Thanks to the high anticipation for the movie and amazing reviews — including Buzz, who thought it was incredible — Maggie should be able to keep smiling right through opening weekend. Of course while everything surrounding the film has a tinge of sadness, the movie's fans are helping to honor Heath's legacy starting with ticket pre-sales, which have been outstanding. Until you get a chance to hit the theater yourself, prepare by testing your Batman knowledge.

Victoria Beckham is living up to her Posh name even more than usual this week. After stealing the show in yellow at the ESPY Awards, she was looking fabulous shopping at the Grove in LA with her father Tony and Romeo yesterday. It's a good thing that Victoria and David's parents seem able to pop over to California often, because judging from David's gushing and how perfectly she fits in right now it doesn't seem like our favorite British soccer imported family is going anywhere anytime soon.

We saw the duo cuddling half naked on their balcony and now here they are rolling around in the sand.
